"Tecmo" Main Menu Red Lettering?

Anyone notice how the red lettering from the original "Tecmo" Super Bowl text on the Main Menu page is missing from CX_ROM's 32-Team ROM? Whatupwitdat? Now that I've gone with a black background, having that text "Tecmo" text be red again would be pretty sweet, I gotta say. Any knowledge-droppers want to take a shot at this?

At a wild guess I would say he had to change the color of something else that happened to use the same tiles or pallette. I know he had to use all the available space left on the rom to cram four more teams in there, so this kind of thing is expected.

Or he just didn't like the red

The funny thing is, maybe I only catch this on TSC because I edited the spacing of those letters, that occasionally half the word will be red as if to glitch for a moment, but then if you shift enough between screens, it corrects itself. I'm not exactly sure what to make of that, but still it exists. Honestly, it's this glitch in TSC that made me even notice the coloring change to begin with, about a year ago or so.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. The middle point of the "O" is always where the red shifts to, once the glitch happens, which isn't often.

That's weird. Can't you just change the color using Nesticle?

I'm not sure where the HEX is located that stretches the red coloring over the "Tecmo" text, which is essentially what my question revolves around. It isn't a Nesticle palette edit, I don't believe. I need to fudge with some awry HEX # somewhere.
