Im amped about the prospect of playing Tecmo SB online

Im super amped about it and i heard it is a possibility. However, i'm not sure about these things.

- What materials do i need?

-Do i have to be in leagues to play online?

-How easy is it to find online opponents?

-Is it really worth my time and effort?

-Do people anywhere on the net actually think they can beat me in this game?

I really can not wait to get online and test my skills out as i'm sure i will take it to each and every one of my opponents.
BUT, please do not let my N00bie smack talking ruin your perception of me. I'm a cool guy, just confident, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

AIM is lame, go find "AIM express" - no download...just use AIM from browser. still need to make a name and stuff like that.

Ugh, ok so i'm not a re-re. Something is wrong with this whole Aim thing period.It is n ot the 1st timei have used AIM.

I use trillian. The AOL client has been crap for about the last 5 years.

I think it's cooler when a non-online player comes in and can hang with those we think of as great around here. It fascinates me that some people play the same group of friends for years, never play online, then show up at a tournament and are able to make it to the final rounds.

Of course I like that too. I guess I was speaking more to situations where the noob is all cocky and gets taken down a peg or two.
